Overall payment management through a structured flow of approval and preparation, ensuring control and traceability at each stage of the process.
At role level, the module has 2 types of users:
- Preparer: User in charge of preparing payment remittances and requesting the signatory's signature.
- Signatory: User with signature powers for payment remittances.
Prepare
The objective of this section is to group individual invoices by creating a payment remittance. Only users with the preparer role can create remittances and request their approval.
- Select invoices: check the invoices you want to include in the remittance.

Choose a payment account:
- Select the bank account from which the payment will be made.
- The current balance of the account and the balance after payment will be displayed.
- Define the sending type: Select between Send the approval request."
- Define the type of transfer: select between normal, urgent, SEPA, etc. depending on the required method.

Embat allows the creation of multiple approval flows adapted to the needs of your business.

Batches
This tab contains all the batches that have been previously created in Prepare, with different statuses:
- To approve: the remittance is pending approval according to the established approval flow.
- In progress: the sending of the amount of each of the invoices to their corresponding beneficiaries is in progress.
- Rejected: the approval flow has been rejected by a member of the approval flow
- Failed: some kind of error has occurred in the execution of the batch.
History
Space where the batch is broken down into individual payment orders. The objective of the section is to keep track each of the initiated payment orders.
Create new
Finally, from the button on the top right "Create new" you can manually create Transfers, One-Time Transfers and Import your own payments using our template in Excel and CSV format.
