If a forecast no longer appears as pending in your cash flow projections, it's likely due to the Variance Analysis module. This feature automatically detects matches between your pending forecasts and actual transactions entering the system. When a match is found, the forecast is linked to the transaction and marked as “paid,” which means it is no longer shown as pending in your cash flow table.
This doesn’t mean the forecast has been deleted — you can still access it anytime from the variance analysis module. There, you’ll find all matches, whether automatic (via TellMe, our AI) or manual. You can also review the details (date, description, amount) and, if necessary, undo the match to return the forecast to a pending state.
