To configure an alert on a product, for example to notify you when a product balance is below a certain threshold or goes into overdraft, follow these steps:
1. Create the automation
- Go to Automations → Navigate to the Products section
- Click on “New automation”
- Define a name
2. Define the conditions
In this section, you need to indicate when the alert should be triggered:
- Select the company
- Choose the product (for example, a bank account)
- Set the condition on the balance:
- Example: “Balance less than or equal to 10,000”
📌 Important: The balance used to trigger the automation is the one coming from Bank Connections.
3. Configure the action
- Add an action of type Alert
- Define who should receive it and through which channel
4. Save the automation
Once saved, the rule will be evaluated automatically and the alert will be sent when the condition is met.
