Hide a bank movement in accounting

In the following article we show you how to prevent a transaction from flowing into the accounting section.

To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Access your Embat account through the following link.
   
   
2. Add your credentials: email and password.
   
   
3. Go to the left side menu and click on Banks and then Transactions.
   
   
4. In this section there are two ways to skip the treasury module transaction:
   •  Option 1:
     1. Search the transaction you wish to hide and hover your mouse over it.
     2. Click on the three dots that will appear on the right-hand side of the transaction.
     3. Select Hide in Accounting

   • Option 2:
     1. Search for the transaction you wish to hide.
     2. Open the details of the transaction.
     3. At the bottom of the right menu with all the information of the transaction you can click on Hide in Accounting.
        
   • Option 3: allows you to hide more than one transaction in a single action.
     1. Select the transactions you wish to omit by clicking on the box on the left of each transaction.
     2. Click on Include in Accounting.
