You can now export your full accounting history directly to Excel from the Accounting screen. This gives you a complete, downloadable record of every accounting operation — ideal for audits, ERP reconciliation, and internal reviews.
How to export your accounting data
- Go to the Accounting History screen.
- Click the Download icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- In the window that appears, choose the period you want to export:
- Current year (preselected by default)
- Previous year
- Confirm your selection.
Once confirmed, the export is generated and sent to your email as a csv file.
What's included in the export
The Excel file contains the full traceability of your accounting records, with one row per operation and the following columns:
- Accounting date
- Transaction date
- Description
- Invoice reference
- Amount
- Product
- Accounting source (Manual, Telmi, or Rules)
- User who performed the accounting action
- User email

The export is designed for finance teams that need a complete, verifiable view of their accounting activity. Common use cases include:
